Fall Me

An athlete tearing a muscle is and will be the worst pain he or she will never forget. It is not just tearing a muscle that athletes have to worry about. An example is, DeWayne wanted to be on the basketball team and the coach allowed him to play in the first game. Due to an unbalanced diet, he got many injuries like twisting an ankle, multiple cramps, and low stamina. You could tell on his face that it was very painful and his first year was not good. That athlete's story is more common than you think.

Lots of people injure themselves and the results are wild. Over 34% of athletes will end up with season ending injuries like: ACL/MCL tears, broken bones, concussions, or even brain damage. There is a way that future athletes can prevent this from happening like eating healthy foods, stretching before and after practices and games, drinking lots of water or Gatorade which replenishes your electrolytes, and getting the sleep you need
